You’ve never skied before, but you want to?

Or is it that a certain apprehension has constantly delayed the moment when you say to yourself “I’m going to do it”?

ESF instructors will teach you the right moves, the right technique, confidence… simply the pleasure of skiing.

First objective

Know your equipment and be able to use it independently.
Familiarize yourself with the snow.

You will then be able to:
Glide on smooth terrain with a gentle slope, while maintaining your balance.
Take a turn with your skis in the snowplough position.
Control your speed on serpentine trajectories or in a direct line against the slope.
Use the ski lifts.
